The Bible is the verbally
inspired word of God. In one triune God, eternally existing,
in three persons: Father, Son and Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit is a person, who
convicts, regenerates, indwells enlightens and empowers. Jesus
Christ is the eternal Son of God; He was conceived
by the Holy Spirit, born of the virgin Mary and is true God and true Man. He died for our sins and literally,
physically rose from the dead. He
ascended to Heaven where He is now exalted at the right hand of God. Man was
created in the image of God but he sinned and incurred not only a physical
death, but also spiritual death which separated him from God. Eternal
salvation is the gift of God and all who receive the Lord Jesus Christ by faith alone are born again of the Holy
Spirit, and become children of God. True
believers are saved eternally, and are secure in Christ forever. That
the observances water baptism by immersion and the sharing of the Lord's Supper
are scriptural and are physical symbols of spiritual realities. We believe in the
personal, imminent, pre-tribulational, pre-millennial coming of our Lord and
Savior Jesus Christ for His church.

We are a “Bible” church and we treasure the scriptures
as our final authority for life and practice. It has been
and shall be a guide for our worship, our relationships,
our teaching and our programs. We
are a warm and friendly church where you will find a genuine welcome. The ministries and programs of WBC are designed to reach out
to your family, seeking ways to help you grow in
your relationship with God, your family and
your world. The
desire of the leadership and members of Waterman Bible Church is that we would
always be growing into a spiritually healthy church full of faithful servants of God who are
glorifying God as they love Him and love others. Our informal worship service includes a
variety of classic and contemporary Christian music
led by a gifted team God has raised up from
within our congregation. The preaching and
teaching, whether from the pulpit or in the classrooms is
focused on explaining God’s Word and applying it’s
truths to our daily lives and circumstances. Through
prayer and finances we support an active World Missions program with an emphasis
on evangelism and church planting in areas
of the world where the Gospel is least heard. We are a family, connected through bonds of
love, shared joys, shared sorrows
and most of all, spiritual kinship by faith in our Lord
Jesus Christ. We would love to make a connection
with you and most importantly, help you
connect with God through faith in Jesus Christ!

Waterman Bible Church is an independent, non-denominational church. We share an affiliation with IFCA International. The vision of IFCA International is that "we envision ourselves as the fellowship of choice for independent churches and organizations, desiring to prayerfully work together in the spirit of interdependence."
IFCA International is an association of independent churches, pastors, Christian workers, and laymen which was founded in 1930 in Cicero, Illinois. As a fellowship committed to biblical ministry, we seek to accurately proclaim God's Word, exemplify Christ's character, declare God's holiness to the nations, and reflect the ethnically blended Body of Christ. Our purpose is to strengthen local churches toward biblical maturity, leading to reproduction. We aspire to become healthy churches that work together. “We
aim to glorify the Lord through the missionary effort, both at home and abroad,
of Waterman Bible Church. Through sharing Christ with unbelievers, edifying
believers, and the development and training of qualified spiritual leaders it
is our goal to reach our “Jerusalem, Judea, and Samaria” for Christ and to send
missionaries to foreign countries with the purpose of establishing and
furthering local, indigenous churches – churches that are self-governing,
self-supporting, and self-propagating.” Click here for our expanded
Missions page.
